Wow those southern Texas bass get HUGE!
This is the best ive done in Northern VT where the smallmouth state record is 6lbs and change and the largemouth is 7lbs and change.

 

All nice fish guys...and the girls were nice too

I met Ike at the Duel on the Delta about a month ago in Stockton, CA.
He was 2nd for most of the tournament. I think he ended up 4th or 6th. He was so cool. He took more photos and signed more autographs than any other pro out there. I shot this one for a guy and his son who didn't know whether to get an autograph or a photo, so he got the autograph and asked to have his photo taken then I e-mailed it to him...made his day.

First bass of the year on a baby brush hog, fish are in between pre & spawn around here, the bite is kind of tough, gonna try again tomorrow.

I think I will take the toolbox out on the next trip, the boat sticks out a little far...I got a few looks going down the road, it was strapped down like crazy though.

Creek smallmouth. It's a little one for this general area, but its big for being in a creek.



Nice Largemouth. I'm not one of those people who don't smile in their fish pics and look like they are pissed off, and miserable out on the water... I was just made cuz the camera wasn't taking pictures right for some reason. That camera tore up right after we took this picture.
