    nah . .they are never gona get this to pass there targeting to many people with all the comercial fishing and recreational there are to many people going to oppose this . .espn is already going against it because of all the money that it brings in. I know in kentucky during four of july the lakes are crazy around here because of all the people from ohio coming down we call em the ohio navy, I think it would be hilarious if he stayed in all four years and never passed nothing not one single thing that would be hilarious.
