Recommend a weighted fly line...

I am just getting into fly fishing
I have a Ross essence fc 7'5 4wt rod and a cheep pass me down reel.

Can someone recommend a line for trout fishing on small rivers

Thanks
Jesse

7 1/2" 4wt? I wouldn't load it up with anything more than a WF 4wt. I'm partial to the Orvis Wonderline for trout. Memory can be a problem, but I've found it to be really abrasion resistant.

Ive had this for awhile now in 5 and 6wt. Holds up well, but it is pricey. $75. If that is more than you wanna spend, I would just take your fly shop's recommendation. Wish I had more to recommend but its all Ive used.
