How hard is it to get a title for an abandoned boat trailer in Arizona

Does anyone know how hard it is to get a title for an abonded boat trailer here in AZ.

I found a boat I like and the guy has the registration for it. The trailer however doesn't have a title. The guy got the boat and trailer from an uncle about 14yrs ago but the uncle is now decesed. This guy never titled the trailer. He only registered the the boat. The trailer has a manufactures plate on it but it's almost inpossible to read the ingravings on it.

I'm wondering if it's even worth the trouble.
