your homemade kayak / canoe rack

Guys, a few months back one of you had pictures posted of a wood rack you built for kayak/canoe transport. It was basically two upright boxes connected by top and bottom 2x4's. A simple enough design that I can reproduce but there were some details that I'd like to see again. If any of you know the thread/post or if the rack is yours and you can repost the pictures, I'd appreciate it.

that looks like the design and there are a couple of other posts in this forum with the same general design but as I recall, you (or the post I that I remember) had a handful of very good photographs.

 

must not have been me then. no good photos, just crappy drawings.

the biggest thing to pay attention to is making sure your height is correct to ensure the boat will sit level once mounted. good luck!
