Pre-Workout - Jack3d, but rotate animal rage and assault
During i drink Muscle Pharm Recon (bcaa's)
Post- Carnivore Mass
Bed Time- Various Casein proteins
My goals are to maintain a 160lb body while beaning lean and agile. i would like to get into law enforcement and will need excellent cardio which won't be a problem.
