Front brackets are on order. Note to self, don't throw things like that away in the future... even if you think you won't need them again. With any luck I'll be installing skids this weekend! If it warms up!!

With wind, our windchill is -20...

My hands started to hurt just from walking from the truck to the building at work... Forgot my gloves inside.

I actually love cold weather. It's the ONLY reason I didn't like Austin... Of course, I've never been in THIS cold of weather, so we'll see how I'm feeling come February...

Before I moved up here, I checked Alaska, but no software development jobs there...

tele-commute!

A guy I work with is moving to Colorado (not sure exactly where.. some little town) and he's just going to work remotely. Cisco has an awesome virtual office setup. Its very slick.

The guy no longer makes them. Silver07Taco was looking into them and he was calling around. No luck.

Someone needs to build a replacement bumper for these things, its too bad Rocktec stopped. That thing is bulletproof. I'd prefer the wraparound protection, and someday I'll be adding it. But as a straight up replacement you get more ground clearance, its super stong, and I love the styling.

True that, I like the all pro wrap around bumper but it dosent really go along with the plate bumper, I would have got the hybird bumper if I was goin to go along with that.

yeah, its pretty sweet. I've seen a black/gray and white version as well. Looks pretty cool. A friend said he could make a vinyl wrap for it for about $900 plus install. But I figure the first time down the trail and a branch tears it I would be p1ssed.
