Can you tell me more about what you did with painting the chrome around the grill? I have the grillcraft in route and have been contemplating painting the chrome around it. What paint did you use, did you sand? etc.

I didn't do any sanding. I used Krylon Fusion spray paint. It bonds to plastic very well. I put 4 coats of satin black on it ..each time i would put a coat on, i would let it sit for an hour or so to dry. And it came out great!

just make sure if you decide to paint, to do a sweeping technique when spray painting ..Cause you dont wanna go too heavy with the paint..or else it will have wet spots on it. Good luck bro, hope i helped!

Whats up ragincajun, are you from Lafayette too? I like what you did withh the grill. Where do you plan on going to get the lift installed? Be sure to post pics once you get it.

I just got my tacoma a few weeks ago and can't figure out what setup I want to go with. Too many decisions.

FINALLY! I am gettin' my 3" lift installed next friday on my Taco! I can't wait!! I just hope my tires don't look too small with the lift. I still have ALOT of tread left on em... otherwise i would have got bigger shoes
