dont do it. i signed on for about 6 months, and they found me. i dumped my account that very same day.

 

You can limit who sees what on facebook. I've got my profile set up so you can't see anything unless you're my friend. Even then I've got it set up so not all my friends can see the same things. I hate what facebook turned into so I hardly ever use it. You're right though, if someone really wants to find you, they certainly can. It's scarey but true...
