This 40 GB PS3 is a one-owner machine (me), I purchased it right at 3 years ago from Best Buy in Newport News, VA. I have just returned from deployment and my wife wanted to watch a DVD and said it would not show up on TV at all. After my return and upon closer inspection, there was no sound either. This was the same for both HDMI and Composite cables. There is NO YLOD, the machine has never had a yellow light ever, it has always been green.. I tried my best to reset it with google and ended up taking it to a repair shop (CPR in Norfolk) and had it diagnosed for $25 as needing "re-flowed". It is much too involved for me, but they said it wasn't too much trouble for most tinkerers as there are plenty of walkthroughs for the fix all over the internet. This sale is for the very-clean but still BROKEN system, one original controller, Sony RCA cables, a 3ft HDMI cable, and power cord. So if you want something to tinker with or are a weekend geek/nerd, this is the system for you! If not, thanks for checking this out.

Price is $80, prefer local, but will ship on buyers dime.
