right now im more interested in the battery life vs the Dev part, currently i can tap into a power source throughout the day and that will change here pretty soon.

    Too many to list.
FYI, Free app download "Juice Defender" will double the battery life of most android devices... I use it on my HTC Incredible 2 and my battery lasts all day now, used to give out around 1-2pm... And it's free too!!!

What problems? The only problem I have had with my RAZR MAXX has been the battery lasting too long.

I don't know what he's referencing but for people who like flashing custom ROM's (UI's) onto their phone the Razr has a locked bootloader. It's possible to do, but it requires much more effort and therefor has a lot less people writing ROM's for it. It's also a lot sloppier because it's locked. Everything becomes a layer on the kernel and has to constantly fight to keep control, whereas with HTC and Samsung you can work with or replace the kernel.

Both the Rezound and the Nexus have fully unlocked bootloaders.

I like to mod my phone like I like to mod my truck. Motorola makes that hard. I decided with the Nexus because it comes with ICS, Ice Creme Sandwich, which is the newest Android version.

Yeah, but you can hide the apps on the RAZR. Although they arent removed, they are "out of site, out of mind". ICS is becomming availible on the RAZR phone pretty soon, acording to some links on Androidforums. That, and the 3300 mah batt., and the razr is hard to beat.

You can hide the apps, or remove them completely on any phone. You just need the right tool :D (titanium backup, freeze the bloatware)

Yeah, I meant the bloatware. I think about half of them allow you to remove them, and the others I just hid.

Sorry for the threadjack, but this site is the best one I have found for Android knowledge overall. There are a couple phone specific sites that are better for each phone ..

Here's the latest Motorola ICS leak, the USA Razr is having trouble with ICS and isn't planned yet. Rumors of course.

Yeah, I saw that. Im pretty happy with 2.3.6 right now, and really dont care much if it never gets it. That being said, Id rather them take their time to get it right, rather than go thru the issues the Nexus guys went thru with the force closes, and such.
