I have an all wood snake rack with plastic tubs, it is all heated and comes with a heat controller for $400 bucks. Seeing as how it is illegal to sell cali king snakes in california without a license i am giving them away with the rack for free. It will come with 4 snakes. They are all healthy and eat live mice.

I bought this a few years ago when i was really into collecting snakes but that time has passed and need to get rid of them.

I WILL NOT ship, its just to risky and too much of a hassle. Local pickup around ventura california, and i will drive a bit to meet you.

There's a few of us here who are into snakes. Were these snakes from the same batch? How old are they? How about UV source? What kind of heat are you using? I see the bottom half has bed o cob, what's in the upper half? Wondering what liner you are using for the snakes.

2 of them were bred and raised by me, they are both cali kings. They are 3 years old now. The other two are not and i am unsure on the age, they were given to me. One of them is a cali mountain king, the other is a desert king. I use pine shavings as bedding. As for heating it has a heat strip that is ran through the whole system and is hooked up to a temp control. There is no UV source other than just through the front.

Do you give them the powder vitamins (what they refer to as "shake and bake")? What are the measurements of the unit? Is the back open at all? Do you have pics of the containers themselves? Have they been sexed?

I've never used the vitamins. The back is completely closed, the measurements are roughly 18in deep, 36 tall, and 26 wide. Ill get true measurements in the morning. Two of them have been sexed, the other two have not. The mountain and the desert i were told are both males.

It doesn't, only one of the snakes seems to knock over the water bowl and I clean his cage out when that happens. I went as far as epoxying his down and he still knocked it over.

I'll share this to a few people. My girl would shit a brick but I love snakes. But I also work60-70+ hours a week and my dogs barely get enough time.

After much consideration I'm going to have to pass on this one. My husband says I've got enough animals as it is.
