I sold boxes of 325 Federal Hollow Points for a lot of money each (hehehehe edit)

FYI, legally you can only ship ammo via UPS ground which is around $25-30 for a 25lb box.

 

FYI, there are no "Haz-Mat" fees, I just shipped a ton of this stuff through UPS Ground, just need to label the package

Thanks for killin the price....lol...I dont blame you but damn. I looked on there last week at $65 for 550 Winchester. I think I might just hang on to what I have and wait 8 months until mfg's bounce back.

 

I figured since he didn't really want to ship them, prolly not too many here close enough by to get them... I'm sure he'll honor his TW buds pricing though.

 

Yeah, I misspoke, haz-mat fees are not applied to ammo, just reloading components (powder and primers).

 

I picked up 5k rounds from Jordan today. Great stuff and a nice guy. Cant wait to get back to Jax to start shooting.

told me he would get a total + shipping and let me know how much to pay him. Been a couple days, but he might be busy.

 

Yeah he was pretty busy today but we were able to work out a time to meet so i could pick up the ammo from him.

If you re-read the OP you'll see that I am not shipping. I hate that i had to refund @tacoma89 his money but as of now I am only selling though local meets. If I am not able to meet I will go back though my PM's and ship to the first people that contacted me. Id just rather not fool around with shipping. Thanks!

 

You never relayed that you were not going to ship the items.

 

Jordan and I agreed on a price for the CCI mini mags he has listed for sale. I paid Jordan through paypal and he confirmed that he had received the funds. That was Friday.

Today Jordan texts me to tell me that he has sold the ammunition to a buddy for a higher price and that he was sorry. So the ammunition that I paid for already is gone.

What happened is that Jordan didn't do his research on the cost of shipping. He realized that the cost was going to be more than he expected so he just killed the deal and refunded my money. Jordan also doesn't understand that paypal charges the seller fees for credit card transactions. This was all done without contacting me first.

Take it for what it's worth. I am not out any money, but the deal could have been handled better.

 

Agreed it could have been handled better. Just thought it was a done deal and then got blindsided. I on the other hand did not get any communication from Jordan and was waiting to pay him and he just left me hanging. I'm over it now just was disappointed.

 

I clearly am not trying to scam anyone out of their money or rip anyone off. I put this ammo up forsale for cheap and im still willing to sell it. (locally)
