(SOLD)FS/FT: Springfield Armory M1A National Match

Located in Southern Oregon.

I have a lightly used Springfield M1A National Match 7.62x51 NATO rifle for sale or trade.

This rifle is in great shape and is a joy to shoot, but I'm looking to sell it or do a partial trade for a nice hunting rifle in .308 or 30-06. I may even trade for Tacoma parts such as plate bumpers, color matched grille, nice wheels, or a winch.

The rifle comes with (8) 20rd mags, (1) 5 rd mag, a Bulldog soft case, and factory sling. Also included will be around 400 rds of .308/7.62x51 ammo.

I'm asking $2,100.00 or best offer/trade equivalent.

I had this same rifle and in October I put it in auction on Gunrunner. After years of competition at Camp Perry my eyes finally aged before my arm mussels gave out and I haven't shot it in over ten years. It went for $1540.00 just rifle & & two mags. 308 ammo is over a buck a pop so your latest price is low. I wouldn't go any lower. You have many years left to enjoy it if the government doesn't take it away, and if that be the case it would be worth ten times what is is now. When the assault rifle ban was imposed years ago my AR doubled in price only because it had a flash suppressor and bayonet lug, when the ban expired it went back to it regular price.

 

That's a pretty amazing piece right there! My grandfather used to work at the Springfield Armory in the early years of WW2 before he enlisted. His job was to test fire the weapons after assembly. He was actually shot in the leg once by a ricochet from another tester.
I wish I had the $$ to to have for nostalgia sake. Good luck with the sale!
