well, i got good news and bad news...

good news: the truck passed its inspection today, so its good to go there
bad news: the mechanic said that he can feel the clutch starting to slip (which has never been replaced), and that it would need a new clutch soon

with that said, I'm knockin $500 dollars of my price. $4000

Cool, just let me know. I'm thinking about going ahead and replacing the clutch in it, cuz its gonna be hard to sell with a bad clutch. Sorry to hear about your bike

alright, this truck just got a brand new clutch. fixed the rear seal as well. so within the past year this truck has got new clutch, new front brakes, new exhaust, new leaf springs, and the a/c system recharged. there are a few cosmetic issues such as the fading paint on the roof, and a few dings/scratches here and there. still for sale

This is a great deal for someone who needs a dependable beater. OP, kudos to you for representing the truck for what it is and taking the initiative to fix any major problems such as the clutch and rear seal. GLWS!

Thanks, I haven't updated this post for a while due to a minor set back in the sale. I managed to side-swipe a new metal pole in the parking lot at work (i'm a dumbass!) with my 06 Double cab. So that truck has been in the body shop since the middle of september. So for the past month I've been driving my 95, that is STILL FOR SALE. It has a brand new clutch( EDIT: and rear seal ), and within the last year I've replaced the front brakes, exhaust, and leaf springs. It runs great. I've bumped the price back up to $4500 considering all the work I've put into it in the past year. PM me for more pics questions, or interest..Thanks

Is he in California as well? A few years ago, this truck got me from VA to Idaho and back! I drove out there for a seasonal position with the US Forest Service for the summer. The Northwest is awesome!
