I would so be all about this trade. I def. got a gray bench seat you could have. I'm in Ohio though, damnit.

Are you trying to switch out the rear seats?

Good luck and let me know how hard it was to change over. I've been wanting to do the same thing forever

It should work, as long as you don't have a 09+ with built in airbags

I searched the forums and someone confirmed the bolts holes for the buckets are already there under your carpet, so it should be a simple bolt up.

I would trade, except for two factors:
1.I have an 09 with the side airbags.
2.You live wayyyyyyyy to far away.

I'm not sure about the second gens, but the first gens were a direct swap. I went from the 60/40 to buckets on my 97, even added the center console. everything lined up perfect.

It does seem like everyone normally wants buckets. I have buckets in my 1st gen and loved them until i was out with a girl and she said "i wish you had a bench seat so I wouldnt have to be so far away..." We'll shit. haha

well your correct the swap is easy just bolt it right up, for the single cab guys just gotta search for the holes under the carpet.

but i would do this in a second no questions asked i have an 08 with a bench that i absolutely hate with a passion. mine is a little messy and i would pay to have it nice and pretty but it really sucks since your so far away....

I would be willing to trade my bench. I've been wanting buckets ffoooooooorrrrrrrreeeeeeevvvvvvvvvverrrrrr. From everything I have researched, it should bolt up fine if you're switching from buckets to bench -- for me it will be an issue if the holes aren't punched. I live in Texas though. :C I have an '05 Reg cab. Let me know if you want to try and figure something out?
