Is that rust or what on the light bar? I'm on my phone and I can't see it that clearly.

 

yup that's rust alright.

 

That appears to be just surface rust because the product looks to be raw metal. No big deal whatsoever in my book. That would clean up easily when prepping for paint.

Pics of the fogs? Are they lamin-x, yellow bulbs or true yellow lenses?

 

250 seems a little steep IMO. Avid sells them for 270 plus shipping to us tacoma world members. And theres wont need extra time to prep because of rust. How long have you had the light bar?

 

Ill have pictures of the HIDS and Fogs up tommorow for sure so just keep posted. Honestly I have no idea the true value of the light bar so I just winged it, I bought it towards the end of summer, so roughly close to 3 months.

I have no comment as to the price, but that surface rust is not an issue. 10 minutes with a piece of 600 grit sandpaper would remove all of it, and that should be done before paint anyway. Raw steel rusts fairly quickly, it's perfectly normal. Mine already had a tiny bit of surface rust on it when I got it from UPS.
