    every once and awhile either one of the fogs would not fire up. replace the ballast and still had the problem. took it to a 12 volt specialist and he stated that the fogs actually don't receive true 12 volts so sometimes the ballasts won't fire if they draw at the same time. Never got around to running inline true 12 volt. If you turn them off and back on again they both would fire.
