Oh man! That's so funny cause i took mine to the stealership (hehe) and they were like "oh, two hours tops" i was like ok fine, it's a 30 min drive for me, an hour in traffic....so i waited. The guy didnt even tell me what was going on until hour three...and said "well, i guess the lugs are different so they had to wait for them to be delivered, and he (the guy mounting them) wasnt sure how to put them together so it took him a little longer"

How does a TOYOTA tech not know how to put on TRD WHEELS or how "thye go together" i was like ok

Six hours later i got my truck back, w/ a crooked bed extender. guess i should be happy the wheels stayed on huh?

When I took it back and showed them the extender the guy tried to give me a line of horse shi* "oh it self corrects, its not crooked" and i said "look, i've installed these on ALL my trucks and it's installed wrong" he finally agreed.

they gave me 300 for the sucky installation.

it's like i have a vagina and i don't know what i'm talking about....and, in the mechanic world, i really don't but for the cosmetic, i sure as hell do! and it's crooked!

i still look at my damn extender and get pissed...a brand new 2011 truck and it has this flaw!

i may try and fix it but i dunno...i dont want to drill more holes into the truck.

I've ridden since but this is where my race career ended. What do you ride? I gotta get my bikes out, I got a shop full of yamis, even an Fz1 black and bronze with an inline four just like my truck. too fast for me now though.

    wow nice!

I'm just a trail rider, i have the quintessential girl bike, crf230...

i havent riddne much this year. we just moved up here and it's just me and the gf and we really dont know anyone.

there is a small little off road park by our house tho; ive been to it a few times...fun and technical.

i love desert riding, out in the middle of nowwhere, shooting my guns and riding my dirt bike!

can't tell you how happy i am sitting on a massive dry lake bed in the mojave looking at the sun set :)

I just purchased a 2011 Tacoma with the stock steel wheels, and would be really interested if we could work something out - only I live in New York. I'd pay for shipping....
