    Axxess Xia I01 works in 1998 - 2007 Tacoma JBL & non-JBL Head units. Can run any combination of 2 out of 3 different inputs. I upgraded my stereo and no longer need it. You get the adapter, the cable for 98-07 tacos, the xm cable, and the ipod cable. This is a $120 value for $70 shipped. On a side note will work in most if not all imports with proper cable.
