    Yo I have my Procomp light bar for sale again cuz we are finally getting started on the new front bumper...
    This IS ONLY THE LIGHT BAR no light included....
    It can hold up too 3 9" lights...

    ^ It does ask you to drill holes into the stock bumper.

    However, drilling holes are for SUCKAS! So I'd run them unDrilled.

    I have the same one and no you dont have to drill holes but in the long run i figure the bars are going to rub the paint off from vibrations so i went ahead and drilled, you will also have to cut the bottom bumper grill for the mounts
