Job is giving me a new truck. Since I owe money on this one, it's up for sale.

2005 Toyota Tacoma Double Cab TRD Off-Road
    76.5K miles
    6-speed manual transmission
    Speedway Blue
    E-locker (of course)
265/75/16 Goodyear MT/R Kevlar tires (less than 2K on them)
    Snugtop Rebel camper/topper/cap
    ARB bumper (M8000 not included)
    2" spacer and AAL lift
    4xInnovations sliders
    Diff breather
    Husky liners F/R
    GROM iPod harness

The build thread with plenty of pics: http://www.expeditionportal.com/foru...ad.php?t=38653

I'm asking $18,000 as listed but will entertain offers. As far as payment and title transfer/delivery, we can do whatever the buyer is comfortable with. I can be contacted via PM with any questions. Thanks.

Is the price too high? It books at 18, not even considering the mods.

Are the sliders bolt on? If so willing to sell seperate? Honestly you just might make more $ removing mods and selling truck and extras seperate.

They are welded on. I thought about taking it to Carmax to see what they would give me without the mods.

Bummer on the sliders. I took a truck to CarMax once just to see what they'd offer. It was insulting. Best of luck selling.

They did my right when I sold them a Harley F150. Actually gave me more than book. Of course, it could be much different this time.

    Yes. PMs returned.

Typically mods are not factored in on the selling price, as others have stated if you can remove, you'll get more money for the mods that way, unless your buyer wants the exact mods you've done, but that's rare. I picked up my '06 dcab TRD Sport automatic about 4 months ago for $3k less with 10k less miles and super clean, would have sold for a little more, but IMO your price is a little high. Never hurts to ask high and gradually reduce price unless you need to sell quick, which doesn't sound like the case. GLWS
Carmax was a great experience for me a few months ago. I sold them my 1 year old car for $1200 less than I bought it for new, so I was pleasantly surprised, never hurts to find out what they'll give you and it's no pressure/no hassle

I'm not in a bind to sell, but I also don't really care to pay more unneeded payments on it either. If someone is interested in the truck without mods, I wouldn't be against removing them and reducing the price accordingly.
