How much would you pay?

How much would you pay for these? bead style, 16x9, tires are not the best (265/70R16) The lug holes are 2 3/4 center. I have no idea what they are off of and no idea what they are worth. no lugs nuts. not for sale just seeing what they are worth. they are actually really clean.
they say axis on the caps. (they have little rust on, but can clean up)

Rims are a little rusty on the inside but the beads look cool... whats the tread left? Since the tread is low id have to say $400 is a good starting point, OBO
