    does this little trick work well? i have been considering a cb but never seen one like this? range? ant?

    It works well. Range is typical for a CB 1-2 miles in the hills and up to 10 miles in the flats. The nice thing about is it takes up little space. That box fits under the center counsel so you just have the mic to deal with.

    Thanks I have thought about installing one of these since I have seen yours. That's what always held me back was most take up a lot of space.
