This is a complete kit that came off of my 1st gen. It comes with everything needed to mount expect u-bolts and self tapping screws to mount to the frame. The bags are stamped with #07800 and includes the compressor. They are dirty and have some surface rust, they have been used no doubt. They however worked as new before I took them off, I removed them when I installed my new springs since I do not haul heavy loads.

$125 OBO for everything in the phote. I can ship for $20.

They are still for sale, I'll post here when they sell. No idea if they fit a 2nd gen, I would guess yes but would suggest checking online before purchasing.

They compensate for loads by supporting the frame. If there is weight in the bed just add air by pushing a button until the truck levels out. Air Lift kit number 59537.

Your local spring shop can custom make ubolts or you may find some at the local auto parts store.

I have the u-bolts pieces, wouldn't be too hard to take them to a parts store to match sizing. There is only 1 required per side.
