This is a practically brand new Handler 140. I bought in the spring for work and ended up not needing it. I set it up and haven't touched it. I have the cart, a regulator for a tank(MIG setup), extra tips, and a spool of flux core. Id prefer not to ship but will consider at buyers expense. Im in 60074 and will meet people if they are serious and not too far away. Im asking 500 OBO
