    stock, for now
    dosent seem fishy..seems like he owns or works for a lot where they get maybe totaled cars and he strips and sells the usable stuff off. I dont care if its stolen or not, if I go there, and he acts suspicious, I'm out..If not, I'd buy it and move on.
