NFAB Light Bar: 95-97 Tacoma

I purchased this item online from a company that I won't mention. They sent the wrong part then refused to pay shipping on the return. They wanted me to pay to return the item, then pay a 10% restocking fee! So... I'm just selling it on here. I just want to make my money back so I can order the correct part (from somewhere else). How does it mount?

it has two bolts oppisite of the light mounts. i'm not exactly sure how it fits to the 95-97s. i went ahead and bought the other one for my truck and it has two prongs that extend through the grill and attach to the bumper.
