    Is this one of those powered stubby antennas? or regular. Ive heard the nonpowered ones have shitty reception. Anybody know. Couldnt tell from the ebay post. Wondering if anybody has gotten one or installed it yet?

    I had the exact same thing minus the TRD logo, and the reception was horrible. I didn't mind because I never, ever...ever listen to the radio. Then I went to an 8 inch which has pretty good reception when I tested it for 20 seconds.

    I put one on my wife's GXP Solstice just like this, minus the TRD logo. I still haven't heard the end of it. She didn't even get local channels/had to go back to the oem radio tower. It looked awesome but terrible reception.
