Sometimes you find the best deals by calling on the worst ads, bidding on the poorly worded auctions, and buying the ugliest homes.

Sure, it isn't great for the seller, but for an intelligent, persistent buyer ads like this can be gold mines.

Anyone looking to spend $22k or so right now could be well served by chasing this down.
