Still haven't received emblems- 10 months and counting

 

I'm pushing 12 months! I win!

Has anyone else tried EmblemArt? I ordered a Mass Effect emblem from them and they are top notch. Great communication. You pay 1/2 up front, then they send you a picture of the emblem. if you approve, you pay the rest.

The only thing they don't do is color so I'll have to paint the symbol after the "7" red once I receive it.

 

This is my Emblem from Metelmiller, I cut a piece of plexi glass and added black and blue reflective sign material to the plexi and then mounted it to the truck. Thanks Metel Miller!!!

 

May I ask, Did you all pay for it up front? I used pay pal and had invoice to resend to him to remind him. Got it in 3 1/2 months.

11 months now- i hope nobody purchases anything from this guy until he fills all his orders first! Just make sure you order for the 2016 or newer model.

 

Wow this is really sad. I got my custom hitch made by him and it only took 2 weeks to get my product. I was going to order another for my wife but hearing 12 months out makes me walk away.

 

I placed order and paid June 4, 2014 with a promised turn around of 4-5 weeks. Going on 4 months now. Replied to first couple emails saying he was working on it. Now no replies.

 

I would be calling Midsouth Metals and asking to speak with Jeff Miller, Assets Manager.

 

My Punisher emblem has started rusting under the clear coating. I live in Florida but not near any beaches so the rusting seems odd to me.

Placed my order on July 8, 2014 and was told 4-6 weeks on custom work. That is to my door in 4-6 weeks. After a series of pathetic excuses for why things weren't progressing, I received my C.A.D. rendering. I approved it in minutes and was told I would receive pictures of each step. Again after NOTHING I asked for an update and was told my emblem was at the waterjet and that he would follow up with them the next day and get back to me. This was on 9/30/14. After REPEATED attempts to contact, he has failed to respond in any way, shape or form!

VERY VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

Very poor customer service, I had a reply to my email to him about rusting issues and he said it was "interesting" but no offer to replace or partial refund.

 

This is the worst company ever! I placed my order almost 6 months ago and i still have not yet received it! they sony return emails or anything. And now there website is not longer there! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!! THEY ARE SCAM ARTIST!!!!!!!!!!

 

I'd like to do the Toyota in red and a red 49ers logo
