I'm trying to figure out how much to sell my color matched bumpers for, I'd definitely prefer a local sale since I'm in AJ but I suppose I'd be willing to ship if buyer paid. I won't be taking them off for a while hence the feeler, I'm really just trying to figure out how much these go for. Both are in great shape, only very minor scratches that would buff out. I'd like to sell the fogs as well, do help with pricing for this would be greatly appreciated. I'll be upgrading to some brute force bumpers later this year and would like to get a jump on this.

    Thanks in advance!

I understand that you're looking for what "we" might consider a fair price and interest, but if it's in the B/S/T section of the forum, it must have photos and a price.

I would assume that "what's it worth" might belong in 2nd Gen?

Mods can move it if it doesn't belong here, I just didn't want to clutte the already cluttered 2nd gen section, and since this is pertaining to a sale I figured it should go here. I've seen many a feeler thread without pictures (I think) but thanks for the bump rich! Got any info while I've got you here? I haven't been able to find anything.

I'd take the rear bumper but I would need a gallon of lube for when UPS's prices put it to me...

And Ben I would price it at 200 for the rear and 200 for the front. The only problem you have is getting a buyer to dish out some big cash for shipping.

Also, front bumpers aren't as sought after as color matched rear bumpers, especially white. I think the front would end up being a PITA to sell unless you get lucky and find some White Taco owner that love tapped a moose or a snow bank. If the front doesn't sell I'm sure you could sell your stock fogs for about $50.

Personally when I put armor on my truck I save the stock parts, you'll be able to recoup more money in the long run putting your truck back to stock if you plan on selling it.

I thought about that, and while I'd love to hang on to them, theirs just no room. Even my stock air box has got to go at some point, unless I get a garage sometime soon.

    +1

I'd love the set (though I have a feeling Ben's has flares on the front and my 5-lug doesn't)... but I have no idea what they're worth, and shipping would be a killer on these.

Too true, I didn't ever notice that the 5-lugs don't have flares. I think I can keep the flares though with the bumpers missing? Am I wrong?

I could probably work out a deal with fedex and get 75% off shipping so shipping might be an option, but I still need a price!!!

Ya... 2wd non-Prerunner just have basic steel wheels (mine has chrome wheel covers that look like the steel wheels) with 215/70-15 tires and no flares.

Problem is when you remove the flare extension from the bumper cover it leaves some holes that would need to be plastic-welded and painted.

For that amount of work, it's almost easier to prep and paint the base cover.
