NIB Air/Fuel Sensor

I have a brand new, Denso air/fuel sensor (bank 1 sensor 1) for a 2002 tacoma 3.4L V6 auto still in the box.

off rockautos site:

DENSO Part # 2349001 {Original Equipment-TYPE OXYGEN SENSOR #8946734021}
FRONT; Automatic Trans.

you can get them off rockauto.com for $155 shipped but I'll sell it for $125 shipped

not sure what other years it fits...
