Just a word of caution- this is probably toyotas most unreliable vehicle ever produced. The 3.0 and auto in the 2nd gen 4runner turned out terrible for me.. At 150k I was running on 5 cylinders and tranny was slipping all over the place. As far as I know, previous owner kept up on maintainance, as records were provided. I have heard good things about the 5spd 22re though..

 

Are these not for sale that much over there? U can randomly click on craigslist on the west coast and probably click one of these ads. Nothing really special about it

 

The price maybe? $1450 is a deal for just about *any* running vehicle, let alone a 4runner with what looks to be a decent body. That's a $3000 truck in Cali.
