Seems overpriced but check KBB and check through all the trucks on autroader in your area to see if the price is in line with the market. I have a 2nd gen but when I was looking to buy a 1st gen, I checked the frame first and then check that everything else was working (e.g. no leaks, any damange, etc).
With any used car or truck, pull the carfax history report, ask if there are any maintance records, and check the truck thoroughly (especially underneath) or take it somewhere to have a pre-purchase inspection done. At that kind of mileage, normal things start to wear if they're not worn already, such as wheel bearing, suspension parts, water pump, power steering rack, etc.
