    It's not locked... I can pull the handle and unlock it and stuff. No problems...

    Edit: just seems to be somewhat corroded, the truck was a California truck to the salt in the air took a toll on it... But from what I can tell it functions fine... You just can't lock it without a key

    Call the manufacturer and see if they can send you a key according to a lock number. Yakima locks have numbers and they'll send you a key based off the number. Probably something similar with this.
