I got stiffed! Anyone know this member?

People look, I made a mistake and handled it incorrectly. I'm aware of that. I'm still trying to work with Bacon to make it right. I'm not a scammer and I'm not a bad person. I fucked up okay?

Since everyone has all of my personal information, please call me if you decide to give me a visit so I can make sure my daughter isn't there when whatever happens.

 

you weren't going to send a refund. if a refund is due, due to you're negligence, then it should be given, regardless of this fiasco. he contacted you several times and after a month you said that there wasn't going to be one no matter what, even though you messed up. you're just a broke nickel and dimer who can't even afford to give back $30 in the name of responsibility.

 

As a matter of fact yes I'm having some financial trouble. Does it make you feel better to make fun of me for it? Have you never had a tough time?

Most everyone goes through tough times. No one is holding THAT against you.
By you showing some contrition Sure helps but there is only one RIGHT thing to do.

 

Possible solution to those financial troubles.. Refund his money and sell the radio like anyone else would.

I had to call PayPal to do the refund since it was an open case. I told the lady I no longer wanted to dispute the refund and would like to agree with it. The refund has been sent back.

Bacon I sent you a PM and a text message.

Again, I'm sorry for my actions and know that I should have just refunded the money in the first place.

When you get the radio just keep it or throw it away; I don't need it either.

It wasn't JUST the TW world ganging up on me, even though that was a part. And it wasn't just the fear for my daughter's safety. I do have a conscience, hard as it is to believe. I do truly feel bad for the way I handled the situation. I made a mistake and I'm truly sorry for it.

 

Bacon hasn't replied to my PM, or text, and I left him a pretty lengthy voicemail. I'm just trying to make things right.
