I completely stand behind my products. The ropes have been tested and live up to their ratings, sometimes exceeding them. I do not cover abuse, misuse, or normal wear and tear. I am not responsible for damaged vehicles. These tow ropes have a working lifespan well beyond that or your truck. Workmanship is 100%covered and anything else will be on a case by case basis.

I am always happy to support the customers who support me.

I could do the set for $50 shipped with standard loops. Reinforced loops are a flat rate 5/loop extra. The standard loops have a polyester cover which is fine for most applications while the upgraded loops have technora/nomex/cordura for added resistance

What's your price for a 1/2 20' reinforced nylon braided with reinforced loops in blue?

For nylon braid, a 20ft would run you $40, reinforced loops at $5/ loop, and shipping is 12.35

    Total would be 62.35 shipped

edit: Just know that you are asking for nylon braided ropes and at 1/2 inch, breaking strength is 6,300 lbs.

1/2 inch dyneema core (what everyone else has purchased) has a breaking strength of 21,000 lbs.

Just wanted to make that clear

So this is the most popular rope you have with the highest breaking strength . How do I go about ordering one?

Correct. You can post on this thread if you want one. 1/2 inch only comes in green at the moment. 7/16" which has a breaking strength around 18,000 lbs comes in a full range of colors.

Still wrestling with paypal haven't forgotten you....

Meantime, I notice the breaking strengths you provide are less than the spec'ed strength for dyneema in general:

    http://www.pelicanrope.com/dyneema12printable.html

Is that because you're making an adjustment based on the fact that the rope is spliced? Or some other reason?

Couple of things to note: Each brand has their own version of "dyneema ropes". Dyneema is the type of rope (core) inside rather than the actual name or brand. I use either Yale Cordage or New England Ropes (Maxi braid plus, or Endura Braid). Another thing to consider is that you found specs for 1/2" dyneema. A 1/2" tow rope has a slightly smaller core--the 1/2" is the total diameter with the cover and core. For a relative strength, a 1/2" covered double braid will have a 7/16" core (or close to it). On your site posted, that has a load of 23,000lbs. Very close to the specs I am giving. But remember, they are all apples, just from different trees; some may be a bit sweeter than others, but they're still apples. Splicing core-to-core actually retains 95% of the line's working load. Those loads are measured as a piece of rope--tying knots and loops actually reduces strength significantly. My splices do not.
