not sure really....if I don't have to supply the grill surround and the grill probably not too much. Not looking to really make a buck off somebody. I just like having something to do. Probably would take me about 2 days per grill to do because of drying time.

If anyone has a scrap grill, would you mind seeing how easy it is to pull the inner black part of the grill out? I looked at mine yesterday and it looks like it just glued on at tabs.

bajamoon...you should definitely try and do it. It's pretty easy just take your time between steps. If you need a hand I could probably help out since I see you are in Whittier.

I saw on another forum someone did take it apart to do the Satoshi. He said he used a heat gun to make the tabs in the back a little more flexible before he took it apart. He said he ended up breaking like 4 tabs but when he put it back together it still held on fine.

do you remember where you saw that? that would make swapping grills so much easier....that way people could send someone there inner grill to be satoshid and then be free to do what they want with the grill surround color wise.

Here is a quick cell phone pick of the 2nd one I've done. I just have snap it together and attach the metal and it's good to go. I took a little more time on this one and even did the side triangle pieces. Depending on if I like this one better than the one on my truck I might have one for sale soon.
