SubXclosures Access Cab Sub Box

Im new to this site, but ive been offering these to XRU and CT for a while. Figured Id extend the off to my new friends here. You can see all my feedback over on XRU if your interested

Its a hobby of mine

------------------------------------------------------------------------

As SubXclosures' only current product ( well more like a hobby), I am offering the stealth cub enclosure that I received so much interest in.

This is a great alternative to other mainstream sub enclosures and requires no cutting or permanent modification to the truck while give you a factory look. You 10" Sub is completely hidden and down firing which we all know gives nice clean bass response.

Box Specs

Material : Hand constructed from 3/4" MDF
Woofer Size : 10"
Mounting Depth : 6.5" (possibly more depending on magnet Dia. PM me with ?)
Xmax = approx 2-2.5"
Air space = .77 cu. ft w/o speaker ( average speaker is .068-.08) (Easily tuned with foam if needed)

note: The sub overall diameter must be 10.5" or less. I can shave the inside 1/8th on each side so 10.75 is the absolute max.

2nd Note - I dont have an example for every given sub, therefore some minor messaging may be needed to get the perfect fit ( with the mounting hole) Without a sub in hand it is hard to get it perfect. This was originally built for a Diamond D6 so it fits super snug.

The top of this box is fully padded to give a nice armrest for rear passengers. Also, the rear seatbelts are fully functional.

I currently market these is two upholstery configuration, but addition colors can be requested ( possible price increase depending on material).

Now to the numbers...

For Tacoma World Members the following prices apply

All grey vinyl upholstery - $230 plus shipping
2 - tone with black suede center ( pictures above) - $250 plus shipping

At the moment I take orders completely through PM.

Here is how it works:

You send me a PM with the following information.
  1. Which sub you will be running?
  2. Which upholstery you would like
  3. A shipping address for me to quote shipping
I will then add you to my build list. Since I do these in my spare time it will usually be 10 - 14 days prior to me shipping your box. I will build them to the point that they will need upholstery, and ask for payment. Once payment is received I will have the upholstery work done and ship as soon as I get it back. The average lead time for upholstery is 5- 7 days.

If you have any questions, please PM me

Thanks again for all of your support and I hope you enjoy your SubXclosure .

Justin

That thing looks sweet! Do you have to remove the center console to install it?

Is this box easily removable? Just askin cause what if you get a flat drivin down the road, do you need extra tools to remove the subwoofer box?

Austin

I just throw a multitip screw driver in the glove box. 4 screws to pop the back of the console out and the box comes right out.

5 min max

not yet. I do these in my spare time, and over the past month, time has been very limited for me.
