The lens and 5w LEDs vs their Cree version, which is 3w. There might be other stuff too but that's the only thing I can think of

After having both Rigid and Avec, I can tell you the Avec wiring harness is much, much better. The switches are very similar but Avec's wiring harness is protected where as the Rigid kit I had to wire loom the whole damn thing just to keep the wires together and looking neat. Fortunately, I have not had to deal with warranty issues, but I did run into a unique situation with mounting and Mike has always been excellent to deal with and quick to respond whenever I've had an issue or question.

That is really smart. I thought of doing that but they clear the bottom completely for me. Hindsight is 20-20 though.

The lenses on the optic bars are the 4D type, which put a shit ton of light. I've been meaning to get some pictures of mine. I love my optic bar.

They're more like day shots  I'm always afraid to turn it on because that's how Much light they throw. It's more of a spot beam, but it beats mounting 3-4 lights to get the same effect. But I'll get some for sure Wed night.

I put two of the 6 inch single row lights on the rear of my prinsu rack it is so bright I don't think I will have any problems setting my adventure trailer when Im offroad at night. IM thinking as soon as the are 6 inch floods in stock I will do one of each on each side of my rack.
For the money Im very happy. I needed to extend the harness and the wires coming out of the lights were red and black the wires on the harness were white and black.

    mikevee,

New guy trying to read all this great info. I'm looking for a 30" double row bar to fit in my lower grill area on my '15. I'm unsure whether I want to get a spot or combo bar. Just looking for information and pricing. Thanks

I would say go with a combo first. A spot is nice but you'll be kicking yourself later wanting more light spread. The combo is a good middle ground. You can always add more spot or flood lights depending on your taste and needs.
