    I didn't read through the whole thread, so I don't know if this was mentioned or not.

    There is a website called Heatware where people can rate others for transactions they've completed. It works for buyers and sellers, plus if you do business on multiple forums, it compiles all that info in a single place. No point reinventing the wheel if something out there already does the job.
