So with his name, address, and license plate, anyone going to file charges? Can't this be mail fraud or something? Perhaps the folks that used PP-gift and can't get a refund?

And if he is really 'stationed' in LA, wonder if his chain of command can be contacted. Only Coast Guard that I know of in that area, though there is a small Air Force base near LAX.
