wheels/tires: 300 +S&H OBO, one tire is no good, has hole in sidewall, (selling all 4, pic only shows 2)
tinted tails: w/ bulbs 80 + S&H

i think they are just base model rims, not sure about gulf edition.

Gulf States Toyota (GST) puts those style wheels on the SR5s instead of the Toyota alloy wheels.
