Can't see why not. Do you have the 4.0L v6? When it was on my truck it had plenty of space. Actually when it was originally installed they had to add a bit pipe since it was shorter than the stock muffler.

From the people I had listen to it they all seemed to think it sounded good. My issue was the sound inside and that is just a personal preference for me. Actually the guys at the Exhaust Shop thought it was pretty quiet, but they are the type of guys that like REALLY loud exhaust. I just wanted something a a bit louder than stock which this muffler did well.

so to install it they just need to cut out my stok mufler and weld that one in and its good to go??

Assuming you take it to a good exhaust shop they should be able to cut out your stock one and install this one.
