Thats alot for a V8 (7800 rpm) but V8s have more torque than anything. :D

    Wait its for sale?! Why?

I got my truck up to 70 mph in 2nd gear at 5625 rpm

next project is gunna be a pro4 based chevy silverado. just think of a silverado that looks 100% stock except on 37's and full fiberglass. but will have center mounted a-arms, cycling roughly 20" front travel, motor pushed back about 15-18 inches, rear linked cycling about 26" and full caged. but driving text to it on the freeway you would just say, damn that is a bad ass stock silverado on some big ass tires.

nope. that truck looks to be on stock arms with stock rear end and wide ass glass for no reason. that truck is the typical bro build. those rear spares are so high up it makes his roll center that much higher... wtf would you wanna do that for?

im doin center mounted custom boxed lowers, boxed upper j arm, rear 3 link, the works. and the project will prolly take me at least 2 years from start to finish.

no i will be doing everything outta my shop. and ohhh noo my friend i dont mean show truck like only driven to shows and blah blah, the truck will be tagged and raced every year. no point in building a full race truck and not racing it, lol.

if it goes well ill be racing it mdr class 1400 and hopefully a few short course races. only problem is there is huge difference on how the trucks are uilt for the racing style. so imma have to pick one. and i can make whatever is needed:)

I would try and go for the middle. Like pick something that you can use on the short course and then the other half something that is still "qualified" to race in the MDR class.

Isnt it though that on the short courses that the trucks are smaller than the ones that race in the classes? I may be wrong here:eek:

Alright I might have to catch up on that. I got a few ideas. Metal work or all shop(you do everything from wiring to body work)?
