check out mcmastercarr.com. it really just looks like some perforated plastic sheet and some plastic screws, shouldnt be that hard to piece together yourself.

my pleasure...here is a page to get you started for the sheets...as far as the mounting, there are these things that they use for mounting trans coolers. they are almost like zip ties, but they have a round, flat end which will hold the plastic, then they go through the grill and have a separate piece that locks them down. i'll do some searching to see if i can find them. otherwise, you can think of some ways to mount them.

you can narrow down your search from there. i did notice the prices start in teh $30 range. you might be better of calling a local plastic dealer and get some info/pricing, if you have one in your area. also, with this way, you will have a solid piece of a grill, rather than 3 separate pieces...much cleaner.

let me know if you need any other help!

Thanks again man. I'm in Japan atm, not sure if I mentioned that. Going home in a few days and my wife already received it from the guy you tipped me off to, he sent me pictures before he sent it and it looks CRISP! Lol, my wife thought he ripped me off and cut it into three pieces to ship it easier, then she looked online and saw the real design. I owe you one...

Right on man, can't wait to see some pics of it installed! That's funny she thought he cut it into 3 pieces to ship it . I'm still suprised that it was the Lund since his listing didn't give much detail on what type of grille he was selling.
