Cheapest way to ship tires and wheels
I am selling some stock 2009 Tacoma 17" wheels and tires and was wondering if anyone knows the cheapest best way to ship them. Thanks

Freight lines probably would be the way to go. On a pallet.
Or moving companies, when they have a move in that direction.

I have shipped alot of things by greyhound and they are really inexpensive. They dont do door to door but it will be delivered to the closest bus station.

i shipped a set of step bars via greyhound to cali about 2 years ago and the box arrived ripped open and the bars were dented, scratched, and generally beat to shit. like someone said in another thread, u get what u pay for

Box each wheel individually and ship either UPS or FedEx. Avoid truck freight if you can because if the pallet of wheels goes to a residence you'll be looking at residential AND liftgate fees. Each of those fees can run you $70 or more.

I've had wheels/tires shipped fed ex with pretty good results. I had mine shipped w/out boxes or anything and threw the lugnuts in a separate bag. Best I remember, they were the cheaper of the shippers. None of them are cheap though....
