Yep it just uses little brackets to mount directly over you old one. No cutting needed. The two little side pieces that are shaped like triangles need 1 little hole to be drilled or punched out through the black honeycomb plastic.

I have one of those... It was a bitch to put on, but that's because I didn't take the grill off the truck first. Take your grill off and installation will be MUCH easier.

Whatttt??? Did you have the hood open so you could just reach behind? I dont think mine took but 4 or 5 minutes to install... I think it would be harder to remove the whole grill first huh??? I just took my grille off today and it was a pain to get those little tabs down on the bottem...

I dunno why it was so difficult for me the first time. But taking the grill off should just be removing the 2 (or 4?) screws from the top and lifting straight up. There were no tabs on the bottom of mine.

Anyway, once it was off it was much easier to with in front of and behind the billet.

I'll quit thread-jacking now. Bump for you.
