Custom Fab work

Anyone interested in some custom fab work done to their trucks? Mostly tube bumpers, sliders, bed bars and bed cage. well mostly tube work out of 1 3/4 in tubing.

I'm Located in Buena Park, It was made of Mild steel, Mostly tig welded, and mig weld onto the truck the bumper was built on plates so its the plates that are welded onto the truck.

The bumper can be lifted by a hi lift with no problem/ bending or weld cracks.

Edit: Also the camera makes it look wide but it sits flush with the fender

Close-up pics of the welds?

I'm not being difficult -- I'm just asking so your craftsmanship is front and center and people know what they'll be paying for.

Have you fabbed any other pieces? Do you have your own bender or use a shop?

Clean so far, btw.

The lower corners of the bumper looks like they might dig in without a wider skidplate but that's an easy design fix. If the fabrication quality is there, design can be honed going forward.

I'll get some closer pictures of the weld when i get home tonight. Most likely everything is going to be mig, if you want tig, you have to wait a month til i start school again then i can use the tig welders.

That was my first build. Most of this is probably going to be a garage build, unless tig then It well be in a welding class. Also getting a bender soon, This one was bent using a jd2 a classmate had, I can also do 1 1/2 in tubing using a JMR bender we have in class

lol, i ended up going w/o you guys

decent food...crazy ass toppings...
they had peanut butter pizza.... Fiesta pizza (beans, cheese, jalapenos, salsa) and a lot of other weird combos...
